As a Client Relationship Associate, you'll be the face of FusionTek for a dedicated portfolio of clients, a trusted partner they can count on. You'll learn the ins and outs of account management, client advocacy and service delivery from experienced mentors, with real ownership and impact from day one.   • Champion your clientsย - serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring they always feel heard, supported, and valued.
  • Drive retention and growthย - build relationships that lead to long-term renewals and identify opportunities to expand the value FusionTek delivers.
  • Keep a pulse on account healthย - proactively spot risks, resolve recurring issues, and develop action plans before small problems become big ones.
  • Bridge the gap between client and companyย - bring client feedback to internal teams so we can continuously improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across teamsย - partner with Project Managers, Sales, and Leadership to move initiatives forward and keep clients informed.
  • Manage the details that matterย - maintain accurate client documentation, account records, and technical configurations.
  • Show up where it countsย - conduct virtual or onsite client visits as needed to strengthen relationships and support key moments.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications
  • Business-to-Business experienceย - prior experience working with business clients in a customer service or business development role
  • Greater Seattle Area residentย 
Technical Skills
  • Strong communication skillsย - ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solvingย - identifies risks early, builds action plans, and follows through independently
  • Cross-functional collaborationย - works effectively with technical, sales, and project management teams
  • CRM proficiencyย - experience with tools like AutoTask, ConnectWise, or similar platforms
  • Self-management in a remote/hybrid environmentย - strong organizational habits and reliable follow-through
  • Technical literacy in server technologies, network infrastructure, and cloud technology is a plusย - working understanding of these technologies to speak confidently with both clients and internal technical teams is a plus, but not required
