JOB OVERVIEW:
The Private Client Associate is responsible for supporting the Private Client Relationship Managers in providing exceptional service to our Private Clients.
RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Work as a team with Private Client Relationship Managers, producers, sales support, and other team members to meet the needs of our Private Client customers by assisting with account reviews, quoting, billing inquiries, and other tasks as needed.
  • Field and respond promptly to client inquiries via, phone, mail and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of our carrier's websites and utilize the sites to secure accurate and timely information for our clients.
  • Document all communications with clients and carriers in a prompt manner. Records must reflect the most current status at all times.
  • Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service and quality standards.
  • Assume ownership of problems until the resolution is successfully accomplished.
  • Work as a team and contribute to the team effort by openly sharing insurance knowledge.
  • Become a student of the business. Seek insurance knowledge through training and education.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • College graduate or experience equivalent
  • P&C Insurance License required / Can be obtained once hired

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Articulate, strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Accepts full ownership of issue and follows through to completion.
  • Must be accurate, detailed and thorough.

COMPENSATION:
Non-Exempt: The hourly pay range for this position is $33.34 - $41.03 per hour and standard workweeks are 37.5 hours. This range represents the employer's good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
