Join Wilmington Trust's Wealth Management team and help deliver an exceptional experience for High Net Worth and Ultra-High Net Worth clients. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, Trust professionals, and internal specialists to support client relationships, coordinate service needs, and help clients access tailored financial solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for affluent clients, addressing service requests and resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.

  • Support onboarding and account opening activities for new client relationships.

  • Coordinate transactions including wire transfers, account maintenance, cash movement requests, and other servicing activities.

  • Partner with Wealth Advisors and Private Bankers to deepen existing client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and accurately.

  • Participate in special projects, client events, and process improvement initiatives that support business growth.


Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 years' financial services client service experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 years' financial services client service experience

Education and Experience Preferred:
