Key Responsibilities
  • Support national account relationships by coordinating client meetings, due diligence discussions, and follow-up activities that strengthen partner engagement.

  • Advance sales opportunities by assisting account executives throughout the full cycle - from initial outreach through implementation.

  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Success teams to respond to partner inquiries and support platform initiatives.

  • Track and report on partnership activity, advisor adoption, pipeline metrics, and platform utilization to inform strategic decisions.

  • Support the planning and execution of industry conferences and partner events, including attendee coordination and post-event follow-up.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales support, or a related client-facing role.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

  • Experience maintaining records and tracking activity in a CRM platform such as Salesforce.

  • Ability to develop clear presentations and reports for both internal leadership and external client audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or a platform-based business.

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales processes or distribution partnerships.

  • Exposure to cross-functional teams and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

This position will be located in New York or Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
