Job description

Are you a hard-working relationship-driven professional with a passion for client success? City Wide Facility Solutions  Boston is seeking an Associate Account Manager (AAM) to support and grow our client relationships while helping businesses experience the value of our unique managed facility services model.
The Associate Account Manager position is designed to be a developmental role with a path towards Account Manager with $100K + OTE. As an AAM, you will support Account Managers and the overall operations team with a variety of responsibilities designed to immerse you in the business. After an initial training period, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service or junior sales/account management background who’s ready to deepen their client-facing experience and contribute directly to revenue growth.
What you’ll do:

  •  Support the City Wide operations team, specifically Account Managers and Territory Managers, within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct weekly site visits with clients alongside Account Managers
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and on time
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and managing expectations throughout the service lifecycle
  • Track client communication, issues, and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Support strategic planning and client review meetings with performance data and reporting
