The Pharmacy Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing assigned client accounts by delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across OneVeracity’s service offerings. Reporting to the Director of Account Management or the Director of Strategic Accounts, this role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment, proactive communication, and effective service delivery.


The Account Manager plays a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and account growth by maintaining strong relationships, coordinating cross-functional support, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and relationship management.
  • Build strong, trusted client relationships and understand client goals, priorities, and operational needs.
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience by ensuring services are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Implementation, Sales, HR, and Compliance) to ensure alignment across the client lifecycle.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and proactively address service gaps or risks.
  • Drive client retention through proactive engagement, regular check-ins, and business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and expanding services.
  • Support contract renewals and contribute to long-term account strategy planning.
  • Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM updates for all client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
