Job Description Account Coordinator Battle Creek, MI (Fort Custer Area) Position Overview: This is an on-site Account Coordinator opportunity with a packaging, print, and logistics company that specializes in supporting the board game industry. You'd be the primary point of contact for key board game clients, managing their accounts from order fulfillment through delivery. The role includes overseeing inventory, monitoring service level agreements, coordinating shipments to board game trade shows, and working closely with customers and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

They're ideally looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in complex order fulfillment, print, packaging, or promotional sourcing who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for assigned client accounts, managing inquiries, project status, order changes, and cancellations. Oversee project execution across complex fulfillment, inventory management, print production, promotional premium sourcing, and specialized packaging.

Interface with production, warehouse, and fulfillment staff to monitor SLAs, track labor hours, and optimize operational efficiency. Manage inventory processes, including inventory audits, item number management, spare parts handling, and trade show shipment coordination. Conduct regular client status meetings, monthly updates, and assist in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Track metrics, non-conformance reports (NIRs), and internal/external escalations to ensure high service standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 5-7 years of relevant experience, OR equivalent combined education and applicable work experience. Technical knowledge of fulfillment, print, and packaging production processes.

Proven experience in sourcing promotional items and brand-enhancing marketing collateral. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and general computer/technical tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to various audiences.

Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and organization skills with close attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Background managing client accounts in the gaming or consumer goods industries. Experience working with customer routing guides (IRG) and onboarding new distribution locations.
