CLIENT ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN / Float shifts (subject to availability)

We are seeking qualified candidates for Client Access Representative positions in a variety of clinics across Southwest Missouri such as:

Springfield, Republic, Nixa, Marshfield, Bolivar, Branson, and more.

As the face of our organization, our Client Access Representatives play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our clients, staff, and leadership team. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of receptionist and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our providers and support teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team members
  • Represent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner
  • Schedule and reschedule client appointments as needed
  • Complete client intake paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Collect client cost shares for appointments
  • Work with providers to manage cancellation lists and reschedules
  • Maintain and update provider cancellation lists
  • Accurately complete daily deposit logs
  • Scan documents into client charts

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
