Position: <\/b>Clerk              
Department:<\/b>  Room Service<\/span><\/p>\n

     Primary Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>\n

 Answer telephones
 Take food orders from guest
 Follow guidelines to run a proper room service register
 Organize and prepare hang tags
 Able to put orders into the pos system
 To think and react quickly on your own<\/span><\/p>\n

Secondary Responsibilities:
<\/b> Assist room service staff when needed and able.
 Assist room service managers when needed and able<\/span><\/p>\n

Normal Working Hours:<\/b>
<\/i> Part\-Time, Not to exceed 64hrs within a 2 week period. Will be no set days off.
 Full Time \- could be 30\-40 hours a week.<\/span><\/p>\n

Past Work Experience Requirements:<\/b><\/i><\/span>

 Telephone communications preferred.
 Customer service preferred<\/span><\/p>\n

Educational Requirements:<\/b><\/span>

 High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred<\/span>
<\/p>\n

Communication Skills Requirements:<\/b><\/i><\/span>
<\/p>\n

 Excellent telephone etiquette
 Good inter\-departmental communication<\/span><\/p>\n

Technical Requirements:
<\/b> Computer skills
 POS knowledge preferred. <\/span><\/p>\n

Required Supervision:<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>\n

 Report to Room Service management.<\/span>
<\/p>\n

Other Requirements:
<\/b> People person, positive attitude, adaptable to change
 Must be a team player, smile, able to handle stressful situations.<\/span><\/p>\n
