Clerical Administrative Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Clerical Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a moderately fast-paced office environment, and can effectively manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

Schedule and Hours
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Up to 40 hours per week or more
Clerical Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Schedule installation and service crews efficiently.
  • Maintain calendars, appointments, and work schedules.
  • Perform data entry and update company records accurately.
  • Assist with interviewing and onboarding administrative and field personnel.
  • Prepare and organize paperwork, reports, and job files.
  • Manage emails and office correspondence.
  • Support daily office operations and administrative projects.
  • Perform general receptionist duties and front-office support.
Clerical Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous clerical, administrative, receptionist, or office assistant experience preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a mid-to-fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
