Now Hiring: Commercial Cleaning Route Support – Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas
$18/hour | Part-Time Evening Shift | Paid Training

Corporate Cleaning Group is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for reliable Route Support Cleaners to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility—working at different locations and stepping in where needed to keep our clients’ spaces clean and professional.

Start immediately – prior cleaning experience strongly preferred!

Position Overview

As a Route Support team member, you’ll travel to multiple client sites throughout Novi and surrounding areas to cover open shifts, call-offs, and vacations. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys evolving & adapting and staying on the move.

Job Details

Location: Novi, MI and surrounding areas (such as Farmington Hills, Southfield, West Bloomfield, Commerce)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM

Shift Length: 4–6 hours per night

Weekly Hours: 20–30 hours

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (paid bi-weekly via direct deposit)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Restroom cleaning and sanitation
  • Trash removal
  • Dusting and surface cleaning
  • Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
  • Travel between job sites as needed
  • Complete cleaning checklists using a mobile app
  • Fill in for absent employees or open positions

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable personal transportation (required)
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Dependable and flexible with schedule and location
  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience
