Cleaning Technician Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working Cleaning Technician to join our commercial team. In this role, your main tasks involve carpet cleaning, as well as cleaning tile and hardwood floors. In some cases, you assist other team members with dusting surfaces and removing trash. You should have some janitorial experience or be familiar with the safe use of sanitation products and equipment. Our ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in doing a good and thorough job for each client.

Cleaning Technician Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide carpet cleaning services
  • Sweep mop & buff floors
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary, including dusting ceiling vents, light fixtures, and walls
  • Run auto scrubbers
  • Vacuum carpet floors
  • Assist with the trash removal
  • Move or cover furniture for deep cleaning tasks
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace
  • Keep janitors closet organized and clean
