As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play an essential role in daily operations, customer engagement, and overall store success.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales goals, and business growth
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Open and close the office and perform light property maintenance and cleaning
  • Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries
  • Manage account records, billing, and collections
  • Occasionally support nearby store locations to maintain consistent company standards

Qualifications
  • Retail, sales, or customer service preferred (training provided!)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
