He/She must provide the necessary leadership by establishing priorities and distributing the tasks to be accomplished among the members of his/her team. He/She participates in the recruitment and training of the team by having a constructive and positive communication in order for the stylists to advance. Enforcing policies and procedures are part of those duties as well. He/She participates in the visual presentation in order to keep a clean and welcoming environment.
