En tant que Travailleur d'entrepôt chez Les entreprises alimentaires CTS Inc, vous serez responsable de la sélection, de l'emballage et de la préparation précises des commandes des clients à partir de diverses zones de l'entrepôt. Vous vous assurerez que les produits respectent les normes de qualité, que les consignes de sécurité sont suivies et que l'espace de travail reste propre et organisé. Responsabilités clés :
·         Sélectionner et assembler les commandes avec précision à partir de différentes zones de température, en suivant les instructions spéciales et en s'assurant des quantités correctes.
·         Emballer les commandes correctement sur des palettes, les étiqueter par client et les placer au bon endroit.
·         Assurer la qualité des produits en inspectant l'emballage, les dates de péremption et l'état.
·         Respecter les normes de sécurité et d'hygiène en gardant l'espace de travail propre, en gérant les déversements et en garantissant la propreté des articles avant l'emballage.

·         Attention aux détails pour une préparation de commandes et un emballage précis.
·         Compétences de base en informatique pour les systèmes d'entrepôt et les lecteurs optiques.
·         Connaissance des protocoles de sécurité et des normes d'hygiène.

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Worker at C.T.S. Foods, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders from various warehouse zones. You’ll ensure products meet quality standards, follow safety guidelines, and help keep the workspace clean and organized. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Pick and assemble orders accurately from various temperature zones, following special instructions and ensuring correct quantities.

·         Pack orders correctly on pallets, label them by customer, and place them in the proper location.

·         Ensure product quality by inspecting packaging, best before dates, and condition.

·         Adhere to safety and hygiene standards by keeping the work area clean, managing spills, and ensuring cleanliness of items before packing.

·         Collaborate with team members to improve order fulfillment processes and warehouse efficiency.

·         Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for safe and efficient operations.

·         Operate material handling equipment safely, performing pre-use inspections and following all safety procedures.

·         Report any issues encountered during work to the supervisor.

·         Preform any additional duties given  

Requirements:

·         Must have a valid stand-up forklift operator license.

·         Warehouse or picking experience preferred but not required.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

·         Attention to detail for accurate picking and packing.

·         Basic computer skills for warehouse systems and scanners.

·         Knowledge of safety protocols and hygiene standards.

·         Ability to work independently and as a team with effective communication.

·         Organizational skills for maintaining a clean workspace.

·         Flexibility to work in different temperature zones.

Job Type:

·         Full-time

·         Morning Shift - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (or as required by business needs)

·         Evening Shift - Monday to Thursday 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM / Friday 2:00 PM to 7 PM (or as required by business needs)
