Job description

Overview

The primary purpose of the position is to unload washers, load/unload dryers and garment processing while meeting production and quality goals in a safe work environment in the Cleanroom area.

Responsibilities
  • Meets regular and reliable work-site attendance requirements in order to perform the job and meet productivity standards.
  • Unloads washers, loads and unloads dryers.
  • Processes garments through the room which consists of folding, bagging, and sealing.
  • Inspects fabric, cut wipers, garments, bags and other packaging items, as they are used, for conformance to specification.
  • Notifies Lead of any non-conformance.
  • Develops knowledge of cleanroom protocol and adheres to the cleanliness requirements of the cleanroom processes.
  • Sorts, stacks, counts, and packages dried products according to product drawing, in accordance with established quality and productivity standards.
  • Participates in periodic training programs regarding safety, product specifications; quality; and operation.
  • Participates and works within ISO 9001-2015 quality standards guidelines in accordance with Contec's quality goals.
  • Others may be assigned.
