What You’ll Do:

Prepare metal parts for painting and coating
Use hand and power tools to clean surfaces
Inspect work for quality and accuracy
Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top-tier production
Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team

Previous manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
Willingness to be trained in:

  • Quality & Safety

  • Blueprint Reading

  • Hand-Held Gauges

  • Rust Prevention

  • Weld Characteristics

  • Final Inspection
    Ability to read and follow directions and operate machinery
    Strong attention to detail and quality
    Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
    Ability to complete Job-Specific Standard Work Instructions and Job Safety Analysis
    Pulmonary Function Test required for roles using an air-supplied hood
