Job description

  • Collaborate with the product development team to design and develop new applications or improve existing products based on customer feedback and market needs.
  • Design and provide modeled concepts to engineering teams, provide DFM feedback addressing part, tooling and tolerancing criteria.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of new products, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that customer requirements are translated into technical specifications.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns about product applications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of the CLC’s solutions.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to identify opportunities for product improvements or new application areas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including answering technical questions and assisting with the preparation of proposals.
  • Support the sales team in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to ensure the company’s applications remain competitive.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on potential improvements or new features based on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

  • Must have knowledge of injection molded part design, including standard tooling and processing basics.
  • Must be able to work in both individual and team environments.
