The Role You'll Play

The ClassPass Corporate team helps companies around the world offer employees a flexible, engaging, and easy-to-use wellness solution. In this early-career sales role, you'll build experience in relationship-based selling and prospecting by connecting with prospective clients, developing thoughtful outreach, and creating new opportunities for the Corporate Sales team.

  • Research and engage prospective clients through outbound calls and emails
  • Build and manage opportunities using Salesforce or a similar CRM, email, and outreach tools
  • Grow the Corporate Sales pipeline through consistent, thoughtful prospecting
  • Develop creative approaches to connecting and building relationships with prospective clients
  • Craft compelling email proposals and support teammates throughout the sales process
  • Share effective outreach strategies and insights across the team
  • Communicate progress, successes, and roadblocks to your manager
  • Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining daily KPIs and metrics
Experience You Bring
  • Interest in developing a career in relationship-based sales and prospecting
  • Motivation to meet and exceed individual and team goals

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $33,750-$45,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
