Description

Join the Team Behind the World's Leading Class Management Software!

About the Role

We're looking for a highly capable Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of digital experiences for iClassPro and iCampPro across web, iOS, and Android.

This person should be equal parts visual designer, interface thinker, and product problem-solver. This is a strong fit for someone who loves both craft and clarity: a designer who can explore multiple directions, think systematically, collaborate well with others, and refine work through feedback.

We're especially interested in designers who bring strong modern workflow skills, including fluency in Figma, comfort with design systems, and curiosity around how AI can support ideation, production, and scale in the design process.

What You Will Do

  • Design screens, flows, components, and interaction patterns for mobile and web products
  • Explore multiple concepts and variations before narrowing to the strongest solution
  • Create polished interface designs with excellent typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency
  • Think through end-to-end user flows, not just isolated screens
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, reusable patterns, and visual standards
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to move ideas from concept to shipped experience
  • Help elevate the overall quality, consistency, and maturity of design across multiple products
  • Create supporting graphics or visual assets when needed for product interfaces or related work

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in digital product design, UX/UI design, and interface design for both mobile apps and web apps
  • Experience with complex software, B2B SaaS, operational tools, admin tools, or multi-role platforms
  • Strong prototyping ability
  • Thrive working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, structured ideation, content generation, or workflow acceleration
  • Real visual taste and is unusually attentive to typography, layout, white space, rhythm, and hierarchy
  • Ability to make software feel clear, modern, intuitive, and well crafted
  • Experience designing for real-world constraints, not just pretty mockups
  • Fluent in Figma and comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Understanding of design systems and ability to work within them while still pushing the work forward
  • Ability to generate many ideas, iterate quickly, and avoid getting stuck on the first concept
  • Appreciation for classic graphic design principles

What We Bring

  • We believe in taking care of our people.
  • Highly competitive compensation package
  • Robust PTO because work-life balance matters
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more!
  • Generous 401(k) contribution to help you plan for your future
  • Fun company events that connect our team
  • Career growth opportunities in a thriving, purpose-driven company
  • Relocation Assistance
