What You'll Do

As a Service BDC Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound service calls, emails, and online appointment requests
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with service advisors
• Making outbound follow-up calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, and upcoming appointments
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information in dealership systems
• Providing outstanding customer service and communication throughout the service process
• Supporting service department operations through consistent customer engagement and organization
• Assisting in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
