Claims Trainee roles are entry-level positions focused on training and learning the claims process, often under supervision. Claims Adjusters handle actual claims, assess damages, and make settlement decisions. While Claims Trainees are in a learning phase, Claims Adjusters are responsible for managing claims independently once trained.
