At Home Again Assisted Living & Memory Care, operations support is essential to creating the warm, safe, and well-run communities our residents call home. The Operations Specialist helps drive continuous improvement, supports key administrative and compliance functions, and works collaboratively across teams to enhance daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like as an Operations Specialist
  • Provide recommendations, suggestions, and innovative ideas to improve operational processes across the organization
  • Provide support to specific community locations as needed
  • Assist the Director of Operations with developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
  • Participate in an on-call rotation

Operational Support Responsibilities Include:
  • Employee CNA renewal tracking and support
  • Software and systems support
  • Medicaid claims assistance
  • Care plan oversight support
  • Expense report analysis
  • Rent certificate creation
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Reliable transportation to travel between communities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
