What is your impact?
The Business Support Associate is a rotational learning and career development position designed to accelerate your professional growth. In this role, you will provide high-quality, day-to-day administrative and operational support to the leadership team while shadowing each department to understand their daily tasks, responsibilities, and overall contribution to WebTPA.

The BSA role offers recent graduates or entry-level professionals the opportunity to quickly learn the business and industry from the inside out. The ideal candidate will complete the program and be matched with their best-fitting department within 12-24 months. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

What Will You Be Doing:  

  • Participate in weekly to monthly rotational assignments across key departments essential to WebTPA's operations, including but not limited to Account Management, Operations, Implementation, Finance, Sales, Compliance, and IT Development/Project Management.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of healthcare industry processes, including benefit administration, claims operations, and client support functions, while gaining hands-on experience with core departmental functions, interdepartmental workflows, and essential business skills in real-world settings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications and follow-ups to support the execution of leadership priorities.  
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, policies, practices and processes to ensure continuous improvement, good client relations, compliance and adherence to business and system requirements. Recommend improvements to achieve and deliver high quality, value-added services.  
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials to the leadership team.
  • Support, participate in, or lead smaller components of projects. Carry out tasks and activities that support project plans and deliverables.  
  • Perform general supporting tasks for Executive team as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with 1+ years related work experience in an office setting 
  • Bachelor's degree required with preference for majors in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
