What You'll Do

As a Claims Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Claims organization by ensuring claims are accurately received, documented, assigned, and processed. Your work will help keep operations running smoothly while allowing Claims professionals to focus on strategic claim handling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor shared inboxes and incoming claim notifications
  • Review and triage new claims using established workflows
  • Create and maintain claim records in Salesforce and internal systems
  • Verify policy information, claim assignments, and documentation for accuracy
  • Coordinate administrative activities with internal teams, vendors, and outside partners
  • Maintain assignment trackers and operational reports
  • Support data validation and reporting activities
  • Review invoices and payment documentation for completeness
  • Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Escalate urgent issues appropriately while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Provide high-volume administrative support to the Claims Operations team
