We are currently seeking a Claims Manager (Health Claims Operations) to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Claims Manager with strong health claims operations expertise to provide leadership and oversight for claims administration functions. The individual will support day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and ensure continuity during a leadership transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support health claims operations and business processes.
  • Provide operational guidance and subject matter expertise to claims teams.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve service levels and claims outcomes.
  • Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.
  •  

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of health claims operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, workflows, and industry practices.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • No technical expertise required.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $136,275.00 to $227,125.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.

Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
