Location: Pontiac, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to support inventory management, shipping and receiving operations, and data entry functions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, inventory control, and working in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for recording shipping and receiving information while maintaining accurate inventory records. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Enter customer part numbers, supplier information, and inventory data into the inventory management system with 100% accuracy

  • Perform data entry and administrative functions within established computer programs

  • Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading

  • Dispatch orders and provide tags for customer part selection

  • Process claims for misdirected parts and update claim information in customer systems

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure supplier compliance

  • Support inventory control processes and maintain accurate records

QualificationsMinimum Requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime as needed

  • Willingness to work occasional weekends

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Previous clerical, administrative, or data entry experience preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
