Claims Assistant Job Summary

Our company is seeking a full-time Claims Assistant to provide support claims representative. This role involves answering phone calls, creating new claim records, verifying information, and processing mail.

Claims Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

· Answer multiple phone lines

· Create new claim records

· Process incoming and outgoing mail

· Process payments

· Electronic filing

· Answer payment questions

· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Claims Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

· A high school diploma or GED certificate

· An associate degree a plus

· Some administrative experience preferred

· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Strong communication and organizational skills
