Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Complex Loss Adjustment: End-to-end management of large, high-exposure commercial and commercial-residential property claims.

  • Technical Estimating: Expert-level Xactimate proficiency is mandatory. You must be able to scope and estimate massive, complex losses independently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep, working knowledge of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) workflows and Reinsurance programs.
  • Licensing: Active Resident or Non-Resident Adjuster License, with the ability to obtain reciprocal licensing quickly as required.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work completely independently in a self-managed, high-stakes environment.
  • Communication & Tech: Elite verbal and written communication skills (for executive-level reporting), strong analytical/numerical skills, and expert-level management of Outlook and claim databases.
  • Logistics: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and active automobile insurance for required field travel.

  • Work From Home / Hybrid Environment with Job Flexibility
  • Positive, Team-Oriented Culture with regular Employee Events
