Job description

CL Support Services is looking for an On-Site Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be setting up service appointments and responding to online requests for customers looking to repair their home's foundation.
At CL Support Services, we strive to deliver the best HR, IT, Customer Service, Accounting, and Risk Management to Olshan Foundation Solutions and other construction companies so they can grow profitably and sustainably. We have a dedicated, family-oriented, integrity-filled team continuously improving to achieve new heights in our industry!
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outbound customer service phone support for client locations in multiple states
  • Respond in real-time to new online service appointment requests by contacting the customer by phone, text, chat, or email
  • Set appointments for customer's free foundation repair inspection with accuracy through I360
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone by answering customer questions
  • Follow up with customers and field managers for updates

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of previous call center, dispatch, appointment setting, or general customer service experience is required to be successful in this role
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal communication, writing, and typing skills
  • Ability to meet key performance indicator standards
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a favorable background
  • Must be able to work an 8-hour schedule Monday through Friday and able to work some Saturdays from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
  • Bilingual is a PLUS!
