  • Play a key role across the sales process, from prospecting and pitch development through negotiation and close
  • Build a pipeline of new advertisers and agency partners

  • Demonstrated experience managing a sales pipeline and delivering revenue targets and other key sales KPIs
  • Proven experience generating revenue through direct advertiser or agency relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with major U.S. media agencies, brands, and advertising decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of CPMs, impressions, inventory, and campaign delivery
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a growing business
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising
  • Strong interest in and understanding of K-content, K-pop, entertainment, and fandom-driven audiences
  • Korean language proficiency preferred, but not required

Who Will Thrive in This Role:

Someone who is excited to help grow a new business, takes initiative in developing opportunities, and enjoys working closely with others to turn ideas into revenue.

We value people who are ambitious about results while remaining collaborative, adaptable, and thoughtful about how they work with the broader organization.
