We are currently seeking a 351L Counterintelligence (CI) instructor to support this mission-critical program. This is a full-time, onsite position located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the training and development of the intelligence professionals who safeguard our nation's security.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn and execute the process for identification, development, and validation of POI updates for the courses to remain current, relevant and reflective of Army Transformation. This includes developing and maintaining working relationships with the required stakeholders and decision makers across USAICoE.

Minimum Requirements:
  • TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance required (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance)
  • Prior 351L CI Technician in good standing, graduate of WOBC and WOIC or equivalent courses.
  • An in-depth knowledge of investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, and technical services.
  • Must have 8 years of experience as a 351L executing or managing authorized intelligence operations at echelons at brigade or above. Field Office experience at Army CI Command (former 902d), or MIB-T, and experience at FORSCOM is preferred.
  • Experience with current policy and doctrine of the 351L MOS, including current changes and fielding of Army Field Manuals (FM), Army Doctrine Publications (ADP), Army Techniques Publications, (ATP) Army Regulations, and current DoD Directives.
  • Demonstrated experience in a CI/HUMINT operational management role, for example, within an OMT, CI Coordinating Authority, or 2X echelon.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Instructor Certified
  • Previous experience as an instructor, trainer, or curriculum developer
  • Experience at the Field Grade Level (CW3 and above)

Compensation Details:
$67,000 - $100,00
