Hours:

Monday -Thursday 10hr shifts 1st Shift

Some weekends

Compensation for Grinder/Welders:

$18.00 hr.

Temp-to-hire opportunity $1.00 pay increase after 90days

Duties include:

Safely operate and maintain air supplied grinder (adding oil, changing out grinding rocks/discs, RPM checks, etc.)

Monitor work to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

Remove worn components

Load and unload machines with material

Grind and buff material in preparation for additional process

Complete daily production reports and preform daily inspection of equipment

Required experience:

Prior welding experience and/or certification is required
