Weโre looking for a Project Manager within the Civil Engineering discipline to lead and deliver land development and site design projects across diverse sectors. Youโll take ownership of project management activities โ from site analysis and due diligence to planning, permitting, construction documentation, and client coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for land development, site design, and civil engineering projects.
Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and cost controls.
Coordinate with engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
Oversee preparation of construction documents, grading plans, stormwater management designs, and permitting packages.
Track progress, manage change orders, and communicate regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration across internal and external teams.
Lead presentations, participate in design charrettes, and represent the project team in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelorโs degree in Civil Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina or ability to obtain soon.
5+ years of progressive experience in civil design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
Strong understanding of site development, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
Independent self-starter with strong problem-solving and conceptual design abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
