The expansion of our Site Design Services Division has created a new opportunity for a Civil Engineering Project Manager in our Naperville, IL office. Our Site Design Services Division has a well-respected history of providing a real-estate mindset to land developers and owners in markets, including: education, health care, industrial, office, residential, retail, mixed use and senior living. This position will support design and technical aspects for site development and redevelopment projects focused on growing our company presence within Illinois and Indiana. It will require a candidate who is passionate about their work, eager to learn, and always ready for new challenges.


Civil Engineering Project Manager - Site Design - Hybrid - Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners.
  • Lead projects from initial planning through design, permitting, and construction.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery.

Requirements:

Civil Engineer - Site Design - Hybrid - Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Illinois.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years progressive experience years of experience in design of site related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, or mixed-use development/redevelopment projects with at least 2 years of experience as a project manager or manager-level responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology and hydraulic software.
  • Applicable U.S. based work experience
