Job Summary:
Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking a Project Manager for the Civil Engineering Design division of the company at our Savannah, Georgia office.
This position is responsible for leading the design and development of plans for a wide range of land development projects, including commercial sites, residential subdivisions, multi-family communities, and roadway improvements. The Project Manager will oversee design delivery for a diverse client base, ensuring projects meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This role also provides leadership to the design team, guiding staff, coordinating project efforts, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Strategic Work
  1. Complete projects to meet and exceed quarterly goals and metrics
  2. Recommend efficiencies in the production process to Director
  3. Keep weekly task lists for work to be accomplished
  4. Understand RCE Systems and ensure compliance
  5. Performs other related duties as assigned

Tactical Work
  1. Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments
  2. Plan, schedule, or coordinate the preparation of documents or activities for multiple projects
  3. Routinely interact with clients, authorities, contractors, and subcontractors

  5. Engage in subcontractor agreements
  6. Create project schedule with key permits and track status
