Overview
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our growing team in Bridgeport, West Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to combine your technical expertise, project leadership, and client development skills while helping shape the future of the Civil/Site Engineering practice.
You'll support complex site development projects spanning commercial, municipal, energy, and infrastructure sectors; giving you the variety and visibility to expand both your technical and leadership experience.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of site development projects, including layout, grading, utilities, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management
  • Manage project tasks, schedules, and budgets to ensure high-quality, on-time, and profitable project delivery
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, technical reports, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and local/state agencies throughout all phases of the project lifecycle-from concept through permitting and construction
  • Support proposal development, scope definition, and cost estimating efforts
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical oversight to junior engineers and designers
  • Collaborate with internal teams across environmental, geotechnical, survey, and other disciplines
