Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join a team of creative professionals in our Bozeman, MT office. 

         Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years' progressively responsible design and project management experience on a diverse portfolio of land development and municipal projects. 

         Position requires knowledge in all aspects of civil engineering as it pertains to land development in Bozeman and Gallatin County, including subdivisions, street and utility design, site design and grading, storm water management and erosion control, permitting, specifications, and cost estimating. 

         The preferred candidate will have demonstrated business development capabilities and the capacity to manage, cultivate and grow client relationships. 

Experience working as a member of multi-disciplinary teams is critical to success.

         Candidates should have a minimum BS in civil engineering, or related engineering field, and be registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Montana. 

         Should be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D design software, other relevant design and desktop productivity software. 

         Must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
