*Senior Civil Engineer*

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a *Senior Civil Engineer* to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction, while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and public agencies. The ideal candidate has strong technical design experience, project management skills, and a solid understanding of applicable design standards and permitting requirements.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
* Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
* Develop roadway, site development, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control designs.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
* Perform quality control reviews to ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable codes.
* Conduct site visits and field inspections to monitor project progress and resolve design issues.
* Assist with permitting, agency coordination, and responding to review comments.
* Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Master's degree preferred but not required.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or required if applicable).
* *5+ years* of civil engineering experience.
