Overview

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager focusing on Site Development with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Toledo, Ohio office, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on private, public, and other community focused project types. With us, you'll have the opportunity to support all project phases from conceptual and design through regulatory review, bidding, and construction phases. You'll work alongside experienced Professional Engineers, and have a diverse team of Engineering and Sciences professionals supporting you.

The Toledo office is focused on expanding CEC's existing Ohio operations by providing outstanding client-first service. Since opening in May 2011, our growing team of engineers and scientists have collaboratively worked together to solve our clients' most complex problems. We have expanded our capabilities to serve clients across several industries with a team that consists of professionals with a broad spectrum of expertise in civil engineering, transportation engineering, environmental engineering and sciences, waste management, and water resources.

Key Responsibilities:

    Design and manage project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, industrial, institutional development/construction
  • Quality control, client interfacing, budgeting, and mentoring and supervising junior engineers
  • Review the design aspects which will include site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities
  • Interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials, you'll impact the whole project - from concept, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to the grand opening

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of engineering experience
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.) in the state of Ohio
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Experience and knowledge of Ohio's civil design standards
