Senior Civil Engineer - Lead Complex Infrastructure & Land Development Projects

In this pivotal role, you will lead multidisciplinary projects, guiding teams through all phases of site development, land planning, and utility design-delivering impactful solutions for industrial clients and utility providers. Salary: 95-125k
Hybrid- Two days working from home
Paid Overtime

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in site development and utility design
  • Proven leadership skills with prior management experience preferred
  • Expertise in all phases of engineering and construction
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM collaboration tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detailed orienting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively and organize project workflows

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience designing rail access or yard track layouts
  • Familiarity with permit application processes and agency coordination
  • Experience with survey coordination and interpretation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite for project management

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree a plus
