They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the work of civil engineers and other staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to regulations. In addition to technical expertise, they require strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams, liaise with clients, and solve problems that arise during construction. Their role combines engineering knowledge with management responsibilities to deliver successful projects.
