Primary work location will be Tomahawk following a training period in Merrill.


At Park City Credit Union, our mission is to help our members fulfill their dreams while serving our communities. As a Member Service Representative, you will warmly welcome members and assist them with everyday financial transactions while providing accurate, professional, and friendly service.


This role combines transaction accuracy, cash handling, and member service with the ability to identify member needs and connect members with Credit Union products, services, and financial solutions. The Member Service Representative helps build long-term member relationships by creating a welcoming experience and supporting members with their day-to-day banking needs.


The Member Service Representative processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions while following Credit Union policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory expectations. This position is also responsible for balancing daily work, maintaining accurate records, supporting branch operations, and protecting confidential member and Credit Union information.


We are seeking an individual who is passionate about member service, teamwork, accuracy, and continuous improvement. The Member Service Representative works closely with colleagues to support branch operations, contribute to branch goals, and create Raving Fan Experiences for members.


Community Involvement & Member Relationship Development

As a representative of Park City Credit Union, the Member Service Representative helps create positive relationships with members and supports the Credit Union's commitment to serving our communities. This position serves as a welcoming and knowledgeable resource, helping members feel confident in their financial decisions and experience the value of Credit Union membership. The Member Service Representative also supports branch promotions, member education, and service efforts that strengthen member engagement and organizational goals.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • ย At least 6 months of previous teller, member service, financial institution, or related cash handling experience preferred.
  • ย Courteous, professional, and positive member service attitude.
  • ย Cash handling experience, basic math skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • ย Ability to accurately process transactions and balance daily work in accordance with established procedures.
  • ย Ability and enthusiasm to promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
  • ย Strong communication, relationship-building, and member service skills.
  • ย Ability to handle member questions and concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • ย Ability to use computer software and technology to assist members.
  • ย Commitment to teamwork, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • ย Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect member, employee, and Credit Union information.
  • ย Ability to work normal business hours, with weekend availability as needed.
