The Opportunity:

We are hiring driven career changers in Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Nogales, Lake Havasu City, Kingman, and Bullhead City.   • Develop comprehensive financial plans across the 7 planning areas: protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, and education funding.
  • Serve Southern Arizona's diverse client base - Tucson's university, tech, healthcare, and defense economy; Pima County's retiree market in Oro Valley, Green Valley, and Sahuarita; Lake Havasu's seasonal-resident and small-business market; the Santa Cruz County border market around Nogales and Rio Rico.
  • Build a personal book of business - owned by you from day one, with no binding non-solicitation.
  • Participate in the New Associate Program's weekly coaching sessions and structured daily activity framework.

Requirements

  • Southern Arizona residency (Pima, Mohave, Santa Cruz, or adjacent county).
  • Strong desire to build a financial services career.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
  • Willingness to pursue SIE + Series 6 or 7 + Series 63/66 within 12 months.
  • Successful background check and fingerprinting.
  • Spanish fluency is a material advantage for the Santa Cruz County border market (Nogales, Rio Rico, Tubac) but is not required.
  • Prior financial experience welcome but not required.
