Candidate Requirements
We're looking for someone who:

โ€ข Brings 3-5 years of pastoral experience with a proven track record of growth or community impact.

โ€ข Is ready to become a member of Rush City Baptist Church and make Rush City their home.

โ€ข Lay Leadership: Identify and nurture gifted leaders within the church.
โ€ข Children and Youth: Prioritize support for our Awana program and Youth Group, ensuring their growth and effectiveness in reaching the next generation.

Benefits
Total Cash Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000 annually
This range represents total annual cash compensation and includes:
  • Base salary
  • Designated housing allowance (in accordance with IRS guidelines)
  • Health insurance stipend

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and family needs.
