We are seeking a Controller for a specialty contractor that provides services in the Midwest and South Central U.S. This position oversees financial operations, including accurate record-keeping, monthly statements, and system integrations to support efficient project management and growth. It provides opportunities for professionals to apply accounting expertise in enhancing policies, forecasting, and team leadership within a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and draft monthly financial statements
  • Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with the accounting team
  • Improve integrations between accounting, payroll, and billing platforms

  • Enhance financial policies and procedures for the organization

Qualifications
