Sales Team Job Description

We are seeking candidates for this role who will have excellent communication skills, enjoys talking with customers, is knowledgeable about our delicious pastries, and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced and fun environment. We achieve our goals and provide the highest levels of service to our customers by working together as a team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Excellent customer service and sales.
  • Product knowledge and ongoing education (i.e., seasonal menu, new menu items, etc.).
  • Product display set-up, cleanliness and overall care for aesthetic.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in front and back of the store (i.e., wiping counters, sweeping/mopping floors, washing large trays and utensils, etc.).
  • Ability to run POS.
  • Restocking store items -- drinks, merchandise, utensils, paper goods, etc.
  • Organize/move delivered products to their designated areas.
  • Communicate on shift issues to on-duty Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager.
  • Record pertinent information (spoilage numbers, donation numbers, daily cash deposits) on the appropriate spreadsheets at EOD.
  • Closing and EOD tasks (i.e., prep for next day, pre-orders, etc.).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Able to squat, bend, twist, and reach as tasks require.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds consecutively.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to have flexibility in the face of challenges.
  • Must be organized with good time management skills.
  • MUST BE 18 or older to apply.
