Location: Clay County Tax Collector's Office - Middleburg, FL
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Benefits: Not Benefits Eligible
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Position Overview

Challenge Enterprises is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at the Clay County Tax Collector's Office in Middleburg.

What You'll Do
  • Empty trash and clean waste containers.
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs.
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and horizontal surfaces.
  • Clean glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces.
  • Clean and disinfect water coolers.
  • Maintain stairways and entrance areas.
  • Perform tile floor maintenance.
  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
