We are a team of skilled engineers specializing in delivering Level 2-3 support for Windows and Linux desktop and server environments across diverse client ecosystems. Our team provides expert assistance with Microsoft 365 products, advanced monitoring and remediation, and management of Windows, Linux, and domain controller systems. About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize your workload, whether it be production escalation issues, tickets or wider projects. You will have a background in Microsoft Windows with experience in supporting, configuring, and installing Windows Servers. You will be experienced in using PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks across large IT estates. You will be experienced in designing, building, and supporting Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally, and presenting these environments to a variety of clients as a managed service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, and support Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally.
  • Exposure on NetScaler /ADC.
  • Present Citrix environments to clients as a managed service.
  • Assist with the implementation and configuration of Citrix services in collaboration with IE team.
  • Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft Windows 2012, 2019, and 2022 environments.
  • Ensure effective communication in a corporate environment.
  • Use PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks across large IT estates.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to Citrix and Windows engineering.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Windows and Citrix Engineer
  • Experience in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 2012, 2019 and 2022
  • Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Citrix environments
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally in a corporate environment
  • Experience with multiple Windows Server Operating Systems including Windows Server 2012, 2019 & 2022.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Fuze, Jira/Confluence would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs and network routing principles
  • Knowledge of Domain controllers
  • Knowledge of Citrix Storefront, Delivery controller, SQL, Citrix License
  • Experience of configuration management systems

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000/annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. We offer a competitive benefits package with Med/Dental/FSA/401(k)/Flexible Paid Time Off.
