Responsibilities
  • Execute vulnerability remediation and server/endpoint patching activities.
  • Administer and secure Active Directory environments, including Tier 0/1 security controls.

  • Administer and troubleshoot Citrix and VDI environments.
  • Support VMware virtualization and NetApp storage infrastructure.
  • Execute and document change management activities.
  • Provide on-site data center support, hardware validation, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
  • Support data center decommissioning and asset removal initiatives.
  • Assist with workload migrations, testing, and validation activities.
  • Provide on-site clinic support when physical access is required.
  • Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency.
