Location: Arlington, VA (100% On-Site)
Clearance Required: Active TS Clearance (Ability to Obtain TS/SCI and CI Polygraph)
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: $73,450 - $127,775 Position Overview
SDA Solutions is seeking an experienced Citrix Infrastructure Administrator to support a mission-critical Department of Defense program in Arlington, Virginia. This position is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing an enterprise Citrix environment that supports geographically dispersed users while ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing virtual desktop and application services. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), enterprise virtualization technologies, and secure infrastructure within a DoD environment. Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
Configure and support Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and related access services.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot user connectivity, latency, and application performance issues.
Perform routine system maintenance, including patching, upgrades, firmware updates, and health monitoring.
Manage Active Directory integration, user provisioning, group policies, and access controls.
Support security compliance and implement secure access solutions across the Citrix environment.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Support incident response, problem resolution, and change management activities.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain a secure and reliable virtual infrastructure. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise Citrix environments. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
Hands-on experience administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
Experience troubleshooting enterprise virtualization and remote access environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL/TLS certificates.
Experience integrating Citrix environments with Active Directory.
Experience using PowerShell or similar scripting languages to automate administrative tasks.
Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph. Required Certification
Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification. Acceptable certifications include: Security+ CE

CCNA Security
SSCP
CND
Equivalent DoD-approved IAT Level II certification Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience supporting Department of Defense or DISA environments.
